Provide essential behind-the-scenes assistance with tasks such as data entry, communications, and logistics to keep our operations running efficiently.
Shares designated responsibilities of the President as required. Will preside at all meetings and shall replace the President where the President is unable to fulfill her responsibilities. Ideally, would shadow our current Vice President Vicky sometime during the coming year and then step into their shoes for 2026/2027 and beyond.
leads the recruiting, training, coordinating, and retention of a dedicated volunteer base. This role serves as the primary liaison between CWC and its volunteers, ensuring that individuals are matched with appropriate roles and are consistently informed about organizational activities, needs, and opportunities. Plays a key part in cultivating a positive and engaged volunteer community that supports CWC’s mission.Â

Seeking energetic, dedicated individuals to assist with planning and execution of our annual Love Fund Auction and/or Spring Luncheon.
General Event Committee Needs:
- Collect items for Silent Auction and Raffle Baskets
- Solicit sponsorships from local businesses
- Collaborate with the committee on theme ideas, event activities, etc.
- Lead day of event activities: selling raffle tickets, helping with registration, putting together raffle baskets, etc.
- Spread the word about the event and CWC!
